EVENT BOOKINGS

By prebooking an event and submitting a non-refundable deposit, you acknowledge your full responsibility for settling the outstanding balance for ALL the days you have prebooked, as your placement has been reserved for you. Participants in Intensive and Retreat programs will receive MP3 audio files for all paid sessions.

For full-day or longer events that consist of two sessions per day, bookings are only available on a per-day basis, and single-session bookings are not permitted.

IN-PERSON MEETINGS

When attending an in-person group meeting with Ananta, you have the option to sit 'off camera.' However, please note that the audio of your voice will still be recorded and may be used in audio/video recordings on various platforms or transformed into digital products. All copyrights for such materials belong solely to AKE. You agree not to make any personal recordings of these meetings.

If you prefer not to be included in photos taken during an in-person meeting, kindly inform us upon your arrival. In all cases, you understand and agree that the ultimate decision regarding the use of any recording or photo rests solely with AKE.

GROUP ONLINE MEETINGS

We conduct online group meetings using the Zoom.us platform. You will receive a link with detailed instructions prior to the meeting. Please be aware that we do not provide troubleshooting or technical support during the meeting.

If you wish to interact with Ananta during the meeting, and technical issues arise with your audio or video quality, we may delay addressing your question until the problem is resolved.

All online group meetings are recorded and may be utilized in various ways, including posting on platforms like YouTube or creating digital products in the future. This is done to support the realization of True Nature and the upliftment of humanity. Copyrights for such material remain the exclusive property of AKE. You are not allowed to create your own recordings of any meeting.

If you have compelling reasons for confidentiality and wish to keep your interaction private, you must either request this at the time of booking or refrain from direct interaction on video/audio with Ananta. As always, the final decision regarding the use of any recording or photo rests solely with AKE.

INSTRUCTIONS, AUDIO FILES, VIDEO RECORDINGS/REPLAY PROVIDED TO PARTICIPANTS

When participating in an online or in-person event, you agree not to sell, rent, loan, transfer, or distribute any provided material, including written instructions, audio files, video files/replays, or access to private groups, to any other individual or individuals. Additionally, you commit to maintaining the confidentiality of all materials and any group meetings.

While we make every effort to ensure the availability and quality of audio and video files, unexpected technical difficulties may arise with our recording equipment or online programs. In such cases, we may be unable to provide the files or the quality may be compromised. Audio files will typically be delivered through file-sharing platforms, and it is your responsibility to download them before the link expires. Video replays will usually be accessible via private websites or YouTube, requiring login for access. Please download video files before any associated links expire.

MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

It is essential to understand that AKE and anyone associated with AKE do not advocate the cessation or alteration of any medical, psychological, or other professional treatment program. Furthermore, we do not endorse disregarding any medical, psychological, or professional advice. Your unique mental and physical health situation should be discussed with your relevant healthcare provider. As a participant in an Ananta Kranti Event, you commit to continuing all appropriate medications during the event and informing AKE of any pre-existing conditions, whether physical, emotional, or mental, including diagnosed psychiatric conditions and related medications that may affect your participation. In all cases, you agree to release AKE and associates from any liability arising from physical, mental, or emotional conditions during or after the retreat.

ACCOMMODATION, TRIP CANCELLATION, ETC.

Unless otherwise specified, in-person events are non-residential, and participants are responsible for arranging their own transportation, lodging, and meals.

We strongly recommend obtaining trip cancellation insurance to cover event cancellations, flights, lost baggage, accommodations, and other potential issues. Adequate medical and other relevant insurance is also encouraged when booking an event.

FORCE MAJEURE, "ACTS OF GOD," ETC.

AKE and its associates are not liable for events beyond our control, including weather events, airport closures, flight delays, accommodation booking problems, public health directives, and similar circumstances. AKE reserves the right to modify or replace the above Event Terms and Conditions at any time, and you are responsible for checking this page for updates or changes.
