The information below should answer the majority of your questions so please check this information carefully, and follow the instructions,  before contacting us. 🙂

In order to log in you must first click on the blue “I accept” button on the black banner at the bottom of the webpage, this is critical. You will not be allowed in otherwise!

NOTE: If you do not see the black banner (sample above) with the blue button at the bottom of the page, then you have likely clicked on this button on a past visit and have not cleared your history/cache/cookies, or perhaps not logged out of the membership program between visits. In this case you should have no problem logging in. The banner and button only appears if this is a 'fresh' or 'new' visit.

♡ If you are a new member - Welcome!  Please ensure you reply to the 'verification' email from our membership program, SentryLogin, or you will not be allowed in. Please check your Spam folder if you don't see it. Once you are logged in, please read the information on the 'NEW MEMBER INFO' page.

​♡ If this is your first time logging into the website... or you have cleared your cache and cookies for your web browser... you may (or may not) need to enter your log in information TWICE. This is a program glitch that our webhost Weebly is unable to fix.  The first time you fill in your log in information, the program will take you back to the log in window. The second time you fill in your information, you will get in.

Once logged in, you can access the private member webpages.

When you are ready to log out, return to this webpage, or you can simply stay logged in if you wish.

♡ Getting your meeting file downloads & video replays... the audio files and video replays for member Satsangs, as well as some other meetings, are normally posted on the website with 24 hours of the meeting's end unless we run into a techinical issue. If there is a technical issue, a notice will be posted on the website for you.


♡ If you would like to change your profile information (password, credit/debit card expiry date, change your credit/debit card)... if not yet logged in, click on the "MY PROFILE" link on the log in window. If you are logged in, click on the "Your Profile Info" on the log out window and then click on the "MY PROFILE" link in the window that pops up.

♡ 
If you are having problems using a coupon code on an event... please ensure you remove any old coupon that may appear on the page and then enter the new coupon. An older coupon may appear if you have cleared your cache and cookies between booking meetings with Ananta on Corsizio.

►  TROUBLE VIEWING THE WEBSITE OR LOADING WEBPAGES - how to empty your cache, clear cookies, erase history, purge your ram
► If you are not able to properly view the website, or load some of the webpages, this can be for a variety of reasons and, in most cases, has to do with your Internet connection, your computer (or other device) settings, your web browser settings, or you have ‘polluted’ RAM.

Unless our website host (Weebly) is having a problem… that is, the site is temporarily 'down'... the problem is most often related to WiFi connection issues or settings on your device or web browser. 

First check other websites to see if they load OK for you and, if they do not, then check your WiFi connection and modem. Try moving your device closer to the modem. Ensure no one else in the house is trying to use the same WiFi connection at the same time. Also check for devices in your area that are known to cause WiFi signal interruptions, for example, microwave ovens, smartphones, etc. 

► If other websites load OK for you and you have previously had no trouble viewing the website, you can try:

4. And then shutting down your computer for ten minutes to purge the RAM. Then restart your computer and try the website again.

If the website is still not acting properly, or is not viewable, this could mean that our webhost Weebly is having problems… in this case try again in an hour as they usually resolve things quickly when there is a problem.

►  TROUBLE LOGGING INTO THE WEBSITE FROM A SMARTPHONE
LOGGING INTO THE WEBSITE: If you have a problem logging into the website from a smartphone, this is normally a problem with either: 

1. The smartphone's settings, or

2. A problem with the device's touch screen not 'rendering' properly so that tapping the screen does not properly connect to the log in window.

If you are having problems, first try using your "ENTER" key instead of tapping the screen to "press" the log in button on the screen of your device.

If that does not work, try emptying your browser's "cache" and "cookies" and then try again.  See info above re clearing

​Email Address: 

Make sure your email address is typed in correctly and that you are using the email address you registered with. This field is NOT case sensitive.

If you wish to change your email address, you can do this through “MY PROFILE”… red #3 on the above screenshot.

Manage Your Password… see red #’s on the screenshot above:

1. If you have forgotten your password you can have the program send it to you. Click on “Forgot?” and fill in your email address and the program will automatically email you your password within a few seconds. If you do not see the email within a few minutes, check your email Spam folder. 

2. To help pick up any typos in your password you can have the program show you your password as you type it. Click on “Show”.​

3. If you would like to:
  • change your password
  • change your email
  • change your credit or debit card or update your expiry date
  • cancel your subscription
You can do this through the “MY PROFILE” link. 

NOTE: You will be asked to select your membership plan type under the MY PROFILE menu and this varies depending on how we set you up and then made changes to  your payment level, so please try each plan until you find the one that works for you, and you can then manage your subscription.


IMPORTANT: 

  • If your credit card payment 'fails', the membership program will automatically block you from signing in! Because you will not be able to log into the website until your membership payment is processed,  please contact us if you require temporary access to the website while you update your credit card.
 
  • If you cancel your subscription, your membership will expire on your next payment due date.  No refund is given for the days remaining in the month if you cancel before your next payment due date.
