⚪️ EVENT BOOKINGS
EVENT BOOKINGS
Once you prebook an event and have paid your non-refundable deposit, you are accepting full responsibility for paying the balance owed for ALL the days prebooked as that placement has been reserved for you. Intensive and Retreat participants will receive mp3 audio files for all sessions paid for.
For full day or longer events holding 2 sessions per day, all bookings are by-the-day, you cannot book a single session.

⚪️ IN PERSON MEETINGS
IN PERSON MEETINGS
If you are attending an in-person group meeting with Ananta, you will always be given the option to sit 'off camera', however the audio of your voice will still be recorded and may be used in audio/video recordings on a variety of platforms or made into digital products. Copyrights for such material shall belong solely to AKE. You agree not to make your own recording of any meeting.
If you do not wish to be included in photos from an in-person meeting please inform us when you arrive.
In all cases you understand and agree that the final decision regarding the use of any recording or photo resides solely with AKE.

We use the Zoom.us platform and prior to the meeting you will be provided with a link to get detailed instructions should you need any help. No troubleshooting or technical support will be provided during the meeting.
If you would like to interact with Ananta during the meeting and we have difficulty with your audio or video quality, we may be unable to take your question until you resolve the problem.
All online group meetings are recorded and may be used in a variety of ways, including being posted on YouTube or other platforms or made into digital products at some later date. This is wholeheartedly shared for the uplifting of our humanity, supporting all Beings to realise their True Nature.

INSTRUCTIONS, AUDIO FILES, VIDEO RECORDINGS/REPLAY PROVIDED TO PARTICIPANTS
When attending an online or in-person meeting/event, if you are provided with any material including but not limited to written instructions and/or audio files and/or video files/replays and/or access to a private group with additional content, you agree not to sell, rent, loan, transfer or distribute in any way or format such material or such access to the private group with any other person or persons and you also agree to respect the privacy of meeting/event participants by keeping the content of all materials and any group meetings confidential.
Where audio files are included in your purchase of a meeting, we will do everything possible to ensure that the files are provided to you, however, if there are unexpected technical difficulties with our in-room recording equipment and/or online program's recording, we may not be able to provide the audio file, or the quality may be reduced. Audio files will normally be provided via a file sharing program such as WeTransfer or through a website or other link and you are responsible for downloading the files before the download link expires.
Where a video replay is included in your purchase of a meeting/event, it will normally be via a private website or YouTube video so you will need to sign into the website or YouTube in order to access the video replay. Video files may also be provided through Gumroad or other programs. We will do everything possible to ensure that the video is made available to you, however, if there are technical difficulties with our in-room recording equipment and/or online recording program, we may not be able to provide the video replay or the video quality may be reduced. If there is a time limit on the download link, you are responsible for downloading the files before the link expires.

It is to be understood that under no circumstances does AKE or anyone associated with AKE advocate the ceasing or altering of any medical, psychological, or other professional treatment program, or the disregard of any medical, psychological, or other professional advice. Your personal mental and physical health situation is unique to you and should be discussed with your doctor, or other professional service provider, as appropriate, for your personal situation.
As a participant in an Ananta Kranti Event, you agree to continue all appropriate medications during the event and to advice AKE prior to the event of any pre-existing condition, physical, emotional or mental, including any diagnosed psychiatric condition and related medications that might affect your participation in the event.
In all cases, the participant agrees to waive AKE and associates from all liability arising from any physical, mental or emotional conditions arising during or after the retreat.
It is to be understood that under no circumstances does AKE or anyone associated with AKE advocate the ceasing or altering of any medical, psychological, or other professional treatment program, or the disregard of any medical, psychological, or other professional advice. Your personal mental and physical health situation is unique to you and should be discussed with your doctor, or other professional service provider, as appropriate, for your personal situation.

Unless otherwise specifically stated, in-person events are non-residential and transportation, lodging and meals are the responsibility of each participant.
Please ensure you have trip cancellation insurance (for event cancellation, flights, lost baggage, accommodation, etc.), as well as medical and other appropriate insurance when booking an event.
FORCE MAJEURE, "ACTS OF GOD", ETC.
Under no circumstances is AKE or anyone associated with its events responsible for events beyond our control including weather events, airport closures, flight delays, accommodation booking problems, public health or other directives, etc.
Unless otherwise specifically stated, in-person events are non-residential and transportation, lodging and meals are the responsibility of each participant.
